so nowadays ruggers are becoming very..
PROFESSIONAL..
this is why..

a STANDARD rugby training :

1)the coach comes late.
2)after awhile of training,we sit in the CIRCLE OF HOPE and talk abt stories.
3)after training,we bathe.
4)after that,when we are abt to leave the sch,we decide to play basketball..(btw some of us ARE GOOD IN IT)
5)after the bball game,we would be sweaty like hell.
6)go for bubbletea near broadway.
7)take bus home =D


haha..!so this is NBSS standard rugby holiday training man!!haha!!
